Mishka had wandered clear of Houman’s administrative center, an auto storage, in July and not returned. Her collar had the society’s telephone quantity.

“She was clean, well-fed. Whoever had her took good care of her,” Pillsbury informed The Related Press. “How she got here — that’s a story only Mishka knows.”
